just warning you now I am Not a Sports Person so I’m trying to answer this with the limited knowledge that I have 

  1. Dick isn’t just good at gymnastics – he’s amazing. He could probably compete on an Olympic level if he wasn’t busy with the whole superhero thing. When he was a tiny baby Robin, Bruce once remarked that Dick reminded him of a flying squirrel because instead of walking where he needed to go he’d just. do a bunch of flips and handsprings and it was so unnecessary
  2. Tim has a black belt in three different martial art styles and is well on his way to mastering jujitsu and aikido. And while he may not be as much of a gymnast as Dick, boy is flexible and not above backflipping off a rooftop for dramatic effect. 
  3. Stephanie played sotfball on her middle school team but had to give it up when she decided to become Spoiler. 
  4. Cass taught herself ballet. She’s incredible. Likes to incorporate ballet moves into her fighting every now and then and it’s both beautiful and terrifying.

At 10/11? Hmmm, probably not at this age. But I do think that Bruce set a designated bedtime after realizing “wait hold on I’m responsible for this one’s development and sleep schedule, he’s not an adult yet”

It probably occurred at like 2 in the morning, both of them relatively content and Bruce just being like “hey sport we’ve got some time let me show you this new case–wAIT A MINUTE”
Damian raises a brow and Bruce just pushes his son’s chair away with his foot. “YOU GO TO BED”
“Pardon?”
“It’s past your bedtime”
“I don’t have one.”
Bruce just internally sputters and his mind is like ‘nice one, father of the year’ so he just stands up and pushes Damian in the direction of the stairs, saying, “Well now you do and it’s ten–eleven? How old are you?” Damian opens his mouth to reply but Bruce resumes and says to himself, “Under fourteen, that means ten o'clock, right.” He clears his throat, announcing imperiously, “Bedtime is now ten o'clock for those under fourteen in this household.”
Which Damian, used to doing whatever he wanted, did not appreciate.

Though he did listen to reason after Bruce threw Tim under the bus (like he ALWAYS does–sorry Timmy) and said something like “Sleep is important for growth. Do you want to be short like your brother?”
Tim, shouting from the kitchen: “I’m 5'7, you assholes. I’m taller than Elijah Wood”
“The one who plays a hobbit?”
